    Commons = evening meal for students, every weekday in the dining hall off front square
    Christmas Commons = above, with Christmas food!

    it aint free unless you're a scholar and you have to book with the catering department. its worth going to at some stage for the experience but there are some traditions and rules to be followed so make sure you know them. pricing is a bit steep.. 18e or so

    It varies, though the hall would be largely full for most of the Christmas Commons. So that would be about 150 people I guess.
    Normal commons only tends to be the scholars and one or two other groups, so maybe 60 people or so.
