    Hey, Im currently doing the Stronglifts 5x5 program. Weigh 85 kg at the moment. Want to get a bit bigger and stronger but have a small bit of fat I wouldn't mind getting rid of. I'v read that one of the best methods for fat loss is Tabata. Recently I'v started doing this after my workouts, 4 minutes on the treadmill at high speed. Hop on for 20 seconds, jump onto the sides for 10 seconds then hop on for 20 and so on. It feels good, even after doing 5 sets of heavy squats. Just wondering if this will be effective in burning fat while I try to bulk up, or is it counter-active to my goals? Diet is very good by the way, except for 1 night on the beer a week.
