    It's hard to read the whole big paragraph of text but I'll give it a bash.

    Have Vodafone declined your contract or are they saying the port didn't go through? If it's the former then it's Vodafones internal credit scoring and it's their problem, if it's the latter then it could be either Vodafone or O2s problem.

    usually when a port dosen't go through it can be for numerous reasons, you may have not given the correct information to vodafone. I suspect in this case it's because you have an outstanding balance with o2. If you call o2 they should be able to tell if your free to port, vodafone won't know why it was rejected.
