Had a letter from them yesterday saying they are finally going to refund the €240 they wrongfully took from me in August despite the fact that I had already changed to a monthly sub for 6 mths at €10.99. Said in the letter they were doing it as 'a gesture of goodwill'. So they stole money from me and are only giving it…

Had a letter from them yesterday saying they are finally going to refund the €240 they wrongfully took from me in August despite the fact that I had already changed to a monthly sub for 6 mths at €10.99. Said in the letter they were doing it as 'a gesture of goodwill'. So they stole money from me and are only giving it back because they're so nice, robbing b@astards! Still I suppose I'm lucky to get it back at all after the amount of horror stories on ere over the last 6 mths.
