It's easy to get a job in Ireland

I left Ireland like a week ago, but since I put out a CV on Monster heaps of recruiters are still bothering me. These jobs only pay between 22-26k a year but if you're willing to work for this money I don't see why anyone in Ireland would have to be unemployed. I myself have no degree or anything. So how hard could it be to get a job in Ireland?

Why'd you leave if it's so easy to get a job here?

There's a difference between recruiters bothering you via monster and actually getting a job.

Where is this job and how many lewd, base sex acts will I have to perform to get it?

All you have to do is learn Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian, Danish, German or Dutch and then you can get a ****ty tech support job for 22-26k a year. However Irish uni graduates seem to think they are entitled to high paying job just because they got a degree in business administration or marketing...

So you'd get a ton of interviews (maybe), and then they'd have to choose whether to give the job to you or one of the other 800 people they've likely bothered on job sites?

A lot of these sites will automatically offer everyone who's qualified a place, doesn't in any way means you have a chance of getting it.

Most of these jobs don't actually exist. It's just the recruiters way of registering your details.

It's a particularly bad practice of IT recruiters.

Will they automatically call everyone who posted a CV(just posting a CV on monster does not mean you apply for a specific job). Where I'm from recruiters would NEVER EVER call you, they have enough applicants anyway.

I have diplomas in Hotel Management and Business Studies, I speak fluent French and basic German and I'm just back to work afer a six month stint on the rock n' roll. No, it's not easy to get a job here, plus my salary now is half what it was two years ago.

If you have these fancy qualifications why don't you get the hell outta Dodge - in this case Ireland?
