The mighty Charlie Brooker is back on our screens with the interesting sounding "Gameswipe",tonight @ 10 on BBC4.

    Should be good...

Holy crap! Thanks a million. Loved his Screenwipe and Newswipe shows. And now he's (back) reviewing videogames..........amazing.

I used to love his games reviews in PC Zone many moons ago so I'm looking forward to this.

Its actually very good..... an educated, funny and enjoyable games show. With bad language.

As I have little interest in games I had to bail out after 30 mins - 50 is way too long unless its a one-off.

It is a one off, and the funniest bits were in the last twenty minutes.

    Really? Lame.

I enjoyed it, but it was really gaming for dummies. Deserves more time.

I really enjoyed it. Plenty of humour throughout and was true to games rather than pitching the usual "games encourage violence". Was refreshing to see the other side in a coherent manner.

Scathing review of Fiddy-Cent's game was fantastic!

    🤪

    That's part 1/6.

I loved it! I mean having the lads from Consolevania, Dara O'Brian and Graham Linehan in it was a bonus. Didn't feel like it waned throughout, just that it tried to focus on the industry and more on the medias take on violent gaming.

Also best bit for me was when he was playing World at War pauses and grabs a coke........and then just goes back to it. Fantastic.

What was going on with Charlie's hair though? Has he been 'styled'?
