...after a lot of issues arising when we transferred a business to a new premises. Reached the end of my tether lately and have had proceedings drafted by Counsel. In fairness to that company, and also now that the matter is the subject of proceedings, won't get into the ins and outs of the issues here, but anyone else driven out of their mind by dealings with them?

Wasn't going to get into the ins and outs of legalities though.

Know a lot of people say they've had problems. Was wondering if anyone out there could say they think they suffered losses because of them, and thought this would be the busiest forum and the best way of guaging that.

Utter B@stards is all they are. A few years ago we were changing from Eircom to another company and they put us through hell and left us without phone or internet for months.

Yea, thing is.. you're not really going to get many serious answers on this forum. See mine above.

Being honest though, yea, i know our company made losses in the sense that our phones and broadband were out completely for two days once. No emails through our server, no phone calls could be received.

Talking about a case which is potentially sub judice is a bad idea OP

Even ignoring the issue of discussing an ongoing legal case, this is the wrong forum for something like this. We have a broadband forum here: http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/forumdisplay.php?f=259
