In fairness to that company, and also now that the matter is the subject of proceedings, won't get into the ins and outs of the issues here, but anyone else…

Utter B@stards is all they are. A few years ago we were changing from Eircom to another company and they put us through hell and left us without phone or internet for months.

Yea, thing is.. you're not really going to get many serious answers on this forum. See mine above.

Being honest though, yea, i know our company made losses in the sense that our phones and broadband were out completely for two days once. No emails through our server, no phone calls could be received.
