    Hi
I have a dm800hd that I am usuing my offical sky card on. I am having problems with a couple of transponders
    11798 H
    12324 V

These are the main ones i'v found so far that are causing problems I'm getting serious breakups in the channels that I cannot even watch. Channel4hd does not even view my snr is 50% which I take it from reading is not good.

If I was to get up on a ladder how would I adjust it does the lnb twist or anything I have sent the chap who installed (from here) an PM to see if he can do anything.

But if I can do it myself I'll give it a go.
    BER is 0
    AGC is 76%

I have read this chaps but not sure if he got a fix

Some of the clone 800 dreamboxes are exhibiting tuner issues on those 2 transponders on 28e .It has been discussed on other forums.
I dont think going up the ladder will do you any good.

While my S2 tuners are on-board, my official dm8000 has no issues with C4 HD.

Is the channel for CH4 HD still 10510. When I select this I do not get any signal on my 8000. It shows up as a radio channel.

I was wrong about CH4 Hd.
Should I not get a picture on channel 10510 anyway.

I also am not getting a picture on CH4 HD.

    BBC HD is perfect.

The service name I use is Channel 4 HD. My card is a uk FTV card.

Do I need a card to receive CH4 HD.

Yes you need a card. It's broadcast encrypted. Not sure exactly which card will work ie roi card but I do know my uk ftv card does work with it

Is your card same as the one that was used to clear CH4 before it went FTA. ie the yellow house card.

Same trouble on these transponders with clarke-tech 5000 HD combo.
