Posted elsewhere about staying in Mont St. Michel, someone pointed out that its a 350km drive from Beauvais which would be the most accessible airport. So thought maybe we could turn it into a jaunt, hire a car, head across Normandy, stay at some chateau. Are they pricey? Are they open at around Christmass or New Year? Do…
