Ballinasloe Horse Fair

With the Horse Fair on this weekend will it make much difference Travelling to Dublin on Sunday morning or Monday morning from Galway? Would it be better to avoid Ballinasloe altogether or would it just be a case of 20 - 30 minutes to get through? Any guidance will be gratefully received.
