The problem could be the dish or the cable.
I would suggest getting a loan of someone else's box to try, or maybe bring your box to someone else's house to try it there.

The Dish is aligned right. Does anyone have any experience with this receiver?

Would this be able pick up Film Four/Channel Four etc?

Try a forced software upgrade on the Sky box. Switch off the main power supply and wait a few seconds. Then hold down the 'back up' button on the box (not the remote) while you switch the power back on - keep the button held down until the software upgrade message appears on the screen.

This worked for me recently when I inherited an old Sky box and some of my Sky subscriptions were missing. I know you're using the box FTA so hopefully the upgrade will sort you out.

what is the quality reading??...more important than strength...
    what make/model box??
    also is the skew correct...
def a good idea to try your box elsewhere or another box 'chez-vous' to help pinpoint the fault(s)

The quality reading and the Signal strength are identical. Just below 3 quarters full.

Thats the sky box i have. I have tried a different sky box here and i had the same problem. It worked perfectly in my mates house however.

As you have proved the Digibox is working correctly on another feed there can only be a few other possible faults.
    1. Dish slightly misaligned
    2. Faulty LNB
    3. Damage to the cable.
    4. Interference from wifi / Dect Phone etc.

How old is the cabling, was it well 'weatherproofed'? water ingress can be a problem.
    How old is the LNB?
Have you installed any new wireless equipment?
and then we are back to the fine tuning of the dish?......is your skew correct for your location etc.???
I will endeavour to advise further when these questions have been answered.
