Ive been going through a bad spell of anxiety and depression. I nearly always sleep well but one night last week I couldnt sleep all night and was getting this feeling of heat all over my body with sweat pouring off my back. I really felt I was going mad this time but I just let it pass as best I could. Anyone else have experience with this? I did mention it to me Dr.
Another symptom I get is where my throat closes. Like you get when youre a kid and about to cry. Anyone know that one.
Jees Im doing everything I can this time but its hard.

i also suffer from anxiety and depression

i take anti-depressants and they really help me (lustral)

talk to your doctor - it sounds like it's getting out of hand

if you are prescribed medication you need to be patient (it takes a couple of weeks to begin to get the full benefit)

Bahco 143 thats terrible. GAD is hard to distinguish from depression I find. At times I feel GAD is what I have not depression but Il let the experts make that call. Luckily the same medication is usually prescribed for anxiety or depression.
What I do is just tell myself it is just stress. It wont kill me. Stress can manifest itself in so many different ways. Thats just one of them. Also talking about it get its out of my head and makes me less afraid of it.
