Post cycle stretching

    Hi all,
    Are there specific stretching type exercises one should do post ride? Can find some stiffness if I don't cool it post cycle.

    you want to at least stretch the quads (pulling your leg behind your back) like for running.
    and maybe your calves too if needed (very hard rides)
    you can do your back to help increase flexibility and improve a more aero position on the bike over time.

    also your hips and groin and hamstrings.
