'Screw-in' broadband connection cable

I have just moved into an apartment which has a combined wall mounted TV and Internet connection box in the main room and bedrooms.

The TV connection is straightforward enough, you just screw in the cable and connect it to the back of the TV.

But the internet connection also needs to be screwed in to the wall mounted box.

Where would I get a connection cable that screws into the internet connection on the wall?

Would any of the main electrical appliance stores have them?

    Thanks.

That sounds like it's just the cable entry point. There is no broadband there, you need to get the cable modem from the ISP (UPC I assume). Unless it's being paid for, anything else would be theft.
