    Hi

I'm just after buying Jurgen Langbein liquid fish stock, to use in a new risotto recipe. Looking at the jar I can't see any instructions about how much water to use per stock.

I've googled it but can't seem to find anything of help.

Just wondering if anyone out there is familiar with this product? My other half is telling me to go by taste, but I'm a tad wary of getting it wrong.

    Thanks

    Es

Do you mean diluting it? It might already come ready to use. If not, just dilute it 50:50 with water.

Thanks Magic Monkey. Just getting this now. I had to use it last night and diluted to just over one third stock and two thirds water.
