Failure to record some programs

    I have had 2 programs on living set to record the other night and both failed to start recording. I checked half way thru and they had not even started to record. When the scheduled end came they then failed, unknown reason.

    Is there any reason for this? All my other stuff recorded ok.

    Last night, I wanted to record the end of a film on RTÉ1 so I hit record. R icon came up but nothing happened. I went into the planner and the film was sitting there as if it was due to record in the future. I deleted it and tried again and it worked on the second attempt.

    I has Sky HD if that matters, EPG Version is sky+8.3.2

    Model is Pace HD 902020 Version 4E3004.

    Interested to see if this is a common problem.

    this happens from time to time with mine, i find a reboot fixes it.

    If the reboot does not fix it, you could try a planner rebuild from installer menu. (services, 0, 0, 1, select on sky hd box)
