Do UPC monitor their output ?

    Starpoint Radio 921 on the EPG has been a blank carrier for the last 2 weeks - the station is still open

    While LFCTV has been a blank EPG for the last 7 weeks !

    Does anybody at UPC monitor the output or do they wait until a customer phone them up to complain....

    Extreme Sports 422 blank screen all evening on Dublin UPC EPG this evening....

    Both of those channels are back on since an hour or so ago.
