hi everybody. this is my first time posting in 'fitness' so please be gentle.

anyway, i left westwood last month because i am going to dit bolton street and i was going to join their gym but they are having problems about staffing, its something to do with the government or something. i need to work out a new gym-less program and i have no idea what to do, so i came here for some advice. basically i just want to keep working on my fitness and bulk up more, what should i do? i am thinking about buying a set of weights to start this new venture.

Some people use children's play areas in parks in the evenings to do lots of bodyweight exercises.

I've seen a lot of people doing it Cabinteely and I did it a few times myself. You can get a great workout if you're creative about it.

    Enter... RUBADUB!

It's easy enough to do a bit without a Gym. Get youtubing, and check out Bartendaz. Plenty can be done in a playground!

Never Gymless is dedicated to home-based workouts that negate the need for a fully equipped gym. If you've ever wanted to exercise at home, this book will provide you with a lifetime of challenges.

Don't know how good it is or anything but there you go...
