Quick question everybody .....

Assuming rendered block external leaf with 50mm cavity, which do you think is the better TF option?

80mm softboard on 140mm cellulose filled stud with 9mm OSB inside, u-value ~ 0.20 (likely more expensive option)

22mm softboard on 195mm cellulose filled stud with 15mm OSB inside, u-value ~ 0.19

Both with cross batten 25mm service cavity inside and double plaster board for sound proofing.
