    Hello,

I have been considering becoming an SNA for secondary schools. But I have no idea what the pay or working conditions are. Can anyone give me an indication of salary? Also would you need to work the summmer in a school, or would you have the summer off like the key teachers? And would you get paid for the summer, if off?
    Thanks for your help.

Are you aware about the SNA cuts in all schools right across the board and the cuts yet to come? You will find it nearly impossible to get a job considering the current situation with sna's.
Not sure about payscale but you dont have the whole summer off.
