Road works at Stocking Lane/Viewpoint

Thought some people mightn't know this... was up on a spin earlier up Edmondstown Road and when I got to the Viewpoint there were construction guys working on the road heading to Stocking Lane. It said 'local access only' so it might be possible to get through but best to be aware of it at any rate.

Oh, plus the road leaving the Viewpoint heading on Military Road has scatterings of gravel around, so might be worth keeping that in mind if you're flying down that way.

I got through on Wed evening heading up Stocking Lane without much issue. They are putting some nice shiny new tarmac on a lot of the corners there.

Should be great once it's done, can't wait to give it a go flying down it :)

You can cycle past the roadworks, only laying new surface on one side of the road. Was up that way couple times during the week.
