Saturday 26th 6.00 pm Seminar in the Lough Rea & Spa 6 pm - €5
Quests - Olive Loughnane, Seamus Power, James Nolan , Sports Coach and Sports psychologist

Sunday 27th 1.00 pm - Junior Fun Run
    2.00 pm - Senior Race 5 miles

Enter for Senior race on line @ www.runireland.com or for more information log on to www.athleticsloughrea.com

Looking forward to this one - Power's a legend, an inspired choice of guest.

oops just noticed that the seminar isn't quite free at 5 bucks so my subject is misleading.!

Seriously good value considering the quality of speakers in Nolan, Power and Loughnane. You'd pay to hear one speak let alone all 3. Fair play to Loughrea, a great example of a club taking the initiative.

It's chaired by Ian O'Riordain who did a super job last year.
