Workers at a pizza-making plant in the Republic of Ireland are set to step up a strike after being sacked for allegedly viewing porn.

Staff at Green Isle Foods in Co Kildare have won cross-union support for their protest.

They get fired for looking at porn and the unions support them? Typical shower of ****... I am not surprised they got fired, it's pretty fair.

Looks like they'll have to hire new staff to slap the salami.

Did you guys actually read the story? That was my thought too but it looks like it was an email that came in and had adult images in it. Its not like they went off looking at porn.

There seems to be more to the story than people looking at porn and getting sacked as you would expect.

Its not the first time people have been sacked for having porn in a work email account and if they broke there employers usage policy does that not count as grounds for fair dissmisal?

    Just wondering?

This is not a po-union post, but just because they put something in a policy does not mean it legal and/or legally binding.

Well in that case, every school in the country should closed down.

Bluetoothing porn to teachers is possibly the funniest thing ever.

Maybe the products of fapping were added to the "special sauce".
