UPC channel list?

    On the old Chorus box, I could hit the Ok button on the remote to switch instantly to any channel, without bringing up the guide (which takes 10-20 seconds).

    On the Digital+ HD, that feature is no longer there. Is there any way to quickly switch to another channel like this?

    It occurred to me just as I started typing, if I had a full channel list with the channel number, I could just enter that; but I couldn't find anything like that on UPC's site. Does anyone have a full channel list like that?
