    Hey all, i was just wondering how often do health inspectors inspect cinemas? Sorry if this is in the wrong forum.

    In what regard? Food safety or general health & safety? The legislation is different for each.

    Do you have a specific consumer rights issue? If so I will move the thread to a more appropriate forum.

    Having worked in a cinema for a few months years back I'd almost never, seriously I never eat anything that isnt sealed like bags of sweets, and only ever ask for popcorn fresh out of the machine, dont accept the stuff thats in the counter if they have those glass cabinets that keep it warm, we used to bag up all the unsold popcorn at the end of the night and just reheat it the next day

    When I was a student I worked in one of the UCI's. The hygiene standards around food handling and cleaning each day was to a very high standard.
