hey im startin a new job on monday, ive been unemployed for well over a year so my p45 from the last job has my old address on it, will this matter when i give it to my new employer or will they be able to put my new address on it, plus does it matter that its a year old? thanks in advance for the help lisa

Your P45 from last year is out of date. Your new employer doesn't need it.

Just ring the revenue office yourself and give them the name of your new employer and ask them to send out your new tax details.
