    My goal is to run 5k at less then 7 minutes a mile.
    I have 3 days a week i can run how should i structure my week?

    You could start with the FIRST approach as it sounds like a good fit given you have only 3 days to run. You will need to know your PB for a 5k to calculate the paces.
