I my experience the Bluray remote works the same as a controller, as it has all the relevant buttons (X, O etc.)

Cool, do you know if the Play and pause buttons work with it too?

Yeah the PS3 remote control works with AVI's, you can use the pause and play buttons as you would with a DVD or Blu Ray movie.

It can be used for vidzone but you have to reassign the remote to be controller port 1. The remote constantly drops it's assigned port and you have to keep reassigning it to 1. It's very annoying, hopefully they'll have a fix for this.

This remote is fine for playing all movies types but not great for some (if not) most Web Pages , moving the pointer with this remote only allows you to select specific areas of a Web page ....I find myself using my controller more these days .

    M 2 pence worth

    M.

The latest update of Vidzone means you no longer have to reassign the controller
