Would it be too much to ask for drivers in Co Laois to please stop indicating right when you are going straight thru a roundabout?

    very funny statement.

You do notice that cars from different counties do have certain idiosyncrasies and you find yourself commenting on them when behind a car doing a certain move that you associate with certain counties... you know there's a roundabout thread going on here right now, you should have brought this one in there.

... and yes... You could be calling somebody a stupid Laois f*cker, but the driver might be from the Ukraine, living in Mayo and just driving a LS car!...

... I used to deferentiate drivers by the type of cars.... I see it here sometimes with comments about Passat and Van drivers!!... that's funny too!

Good point...But when you approach a roundabout and hoping that you wont have to come to a full stop whats worse than a driver that is coming from the oppisite side of that roundabout indicating right and then they just go straight thru, where did they get this notion from that you indicate right when approaching a roundabout even if they know that they will drive straight thru the roundabout?somewhere in Laois there is a very poor driving instructor that needs to be taken out,I drive all over the country and i see different things but in Laois they indicate right when going straight thru a roundabout...are they on mushrooms?

Anyone see the new RSA roundabout safety campaign ad? The next thing they should do is educate people on lane discipline and indicator usage!.
