    Hi guys
We are asking people to become a fan of Limerick Strongman Club on Facebook please please take the time to do this and tell your friends we need to prove to potential sponsers and the local authoritys that people will come to a major strongman event.

We have 20 of the best athelets organised and we have some amazing events such as a 100 ton crane harness pull and a car roll for 20 meters but we want to hear any ideas you may have. So if you have any ideas please let us know you can post them here or contact me gkirwan@o2.ie all suggestions welcome.

We still need sponsers from companies so if you are interested contact us with any of your queries.

    Thanks

    Hi D-A-V-E
The locations for Republic Of Irelands Strongest Man are still not confirmed but it will be in the city we think city hall or king johns castle it is part of the st patricks festival so it will be well advertised

    Hi Dave
You dony really need anything to lift just a good belt and some wraps we wll help you make out a routine and in January when we start event training you can come train with us all are welcome from novice to experienced and even just the curious one off guys its actually great fun. Its an advantage if you have somewhere to do a few bits yourself like a heavy keg, sacks, tyre ect
