    Hi all
I am a long long time lurker and really need some help.

I have alot of weight too lose and have just started on the long road to get fitter, healthier and hopefully a better life.

I bought a threadmill and some hand weights (shaped like the letter B and easy to hold). I have joined WW so food is under control - trying very hard and sticking to meal plan.

Currently doing 20mins a week day and an hour per weekend day, at 6km on 4% incline. I know this isn't a huge amount but honestly I am wrecked and sweating afterwards.

I was hoping someone could recommend some bassic exercises I could do with weights while walking.

    Thanks in advance

(PS I know some poeople will think I should go out walking instead of using a threadmill but I am honestly too embarassed to exercise in public or at the gym. It is one of my first aims when I feel a little bit confident.)
