Possible to unlock Huawei U1310 phone with code?

    Hi,

    I got a second hand Huawei U1310 phone from Sweden and it is locked to the Telia network. Is it possible to get this phone unlocked in Ireland? It appears to be a 3G phone but I can't get it to do anything to find out more.
