UPC installing my HD box this week - advice??

UPC are coming out on Sat to install my HD box. Is there any advice from anyone who has been through this as to what I should ask the guy to do/check while he is here? Are there any configuration options that I should ask him about? I really dont want him to come and go only to realise that I should have had him do…

i would ask him to set the UPC remote to work the tv also if he can. Also test a series link record to make sure it goes through.

After that any questions you might have would already been answered on the UPC HD megathread.
