Moving from Sky - UPC Multiroom?

Probably going to move from Sky as I am simply sick of their attitude and cost (I know UPC/Chorus are terrible as well), but I can also save a good few quid combining my BB/TV costs. I currently have 1 Sky+HD box using HDMI to the main tv and then a second Sky+ box that is cabled to two other TV's using the two Coax outputs.

Will I be able to maintain this if I move, will I just get 1 UPC box?

Most UPC STB's don't have an RF output like the Sky boxes, where you can send the digital output to other TV's and use magic eyes etc. Each point will have it's own separate analogue feed but for digital you'll need a box on each TV.Any box with RF output only passes analogue out. Digital output on the STB is via scart only(HDMI available on the HD box.)

Some people have sent a scart output to a VCR and used it to send the STB picture over RF to other TV's but this has it's limitations.

    Hope that helps.

Yeah, thanks for that - I was hoping to have 1 HD box (HDMI out) and 1 analogue box (feeding two Tv's) but if they need a box for each TV as there is no powered RF out/magic eye it may not be feasible. I don't want to go the 'sender' route as from I've seen they are very poor quality. I'll dig futher.
