I like both, but probably as a print I would prefer colour.

But why don't you just ask your boss?? He needs to like it.

Colour by far. But I'd like to see a little more light in the sky if you've any headroom to up the exposure of that portion slightly.

It is a beautiful shot but it is a little to dark for me as already said take it earlier in the evening and shoot it in RAW it will give you room to play with colour and exposure

If your employer has control over those incongruous blue lights on the "A" and "tower" I'd suggest turning the obnoxious things off and then taking the pic with slightly more daylight.

I haven't seen Killorglin at night for maybe 10 years but, if this is it, and I may be wrong, then it has not been enhanced.

    I like the colour.
Seems a bit contrasty for me (could be my new screen), but I agree with making it slightly brighter too. You could arse around with a grad filter to tone down the lights on the right if you wanted? Might help.

It's a well composed shot. Definately worth printing, imo.
