    Hey all.

Ok odd request. Usually I'm happy with Motorhead or various heavy bands to see me through a weights session. But I've a hankering for some epic classical music, only not a whole lot of knowledge about it.

If anyone has any suggestions I'd be grateful!! I've only a few so far, here they are...

    Any more I'm missing?

Can't see if you've got it cos can't see the majority of your OP, but O Fortuna by Mozart could be a good one - just the save the quiet bits for between sets:

Not really sure what stuff you're looking for but I love this one, maybe for an early morning workout!

I hate to nitpick but O Fotuna is from Carmina Burana by Carl Orff.

I like listening to Rachmanioff myself, just download any of his piano concerto's.

My mistake! I'd edit my first post, but why not let everyone bask in my ignorance? Thanks buddy, thanks a lot!

Bolero, Ride of the Valkyrie's, Beethoven's 5th and my personal favourite, Sarabande.

Oooh and it's not classical per say but Requiem for a Tower is always a winner (if ridiculously over-used these days)

Some of Avro Part's music builds to some very intense peaks it might be useful.

Sorry to bring this up again, just wanted to say a few of them were perfect. I was looking for something epic, with tinges of anger or action, here's a few that really nail it. Might help others too :)
