Just a quickie - Is sugar free mi wadi in water good / bad / indifferent? I find it helps me get through the 2nd litre of water every day that I should be drinking...

Hi ya, I know my being in ww last year that, like you, a lot of people have a tough time drinking the right amount of water for a number of reasons and in the ww class I went to they encouraged this if drinking water was a problem. But they always said stick to the sugar free and it shouldn't be a problem. :)

I have a bit of a problem with it, as it is sweetened with aspartame, and I find that if I have much of that, I feel slightly drunk: out of control and inclined to binge.

One or two glasses of very dilute stuff would be fine, but watch the amounts.

I've never had a problem with it. I'd say I drink one to two pints of water a day that are diluted with something sugar free.

It definitely doesn't affect weight, but like Eileen said, it could affect your appetite as it is so sweet (although it doesn't mine).
