4 Wheel alignment options

Hi all,

i know Dave McCanns does this, but its a a bit of a pilgrimage over and its always jammed over there so the whole trip normally takes me the guts of 3 hours between getting over, getting it done and getting back home (Could only go on a saturday).

So is there anywhere closer to blackrock that has similar equipment and will do it properly?

Castle Garage in Bray did mine and really seemed to know what they were on about . They have a four wheel alignment system put in by Subaru which is supposed be be very accurate as the guy said Subaru apparantly insist on the wheel alignment been set without any tolerance. Might be worth a try

that could be handy, what did it cost? and where in bray are they?

I've never had an alignment done there, but I find Castle Garage very good in general. Entering Bray from Shankill they're at the bottom of the hill on the left opposite the shopping centre car park.

wonder would they do it on a non subaru?

One of the mechanics there drives a really nice 2002 to work, so we can assume at least that they're not prejudiced.

Not too sure on the price they charge as it was part of a service , I think it was in the region of an hours labour which included adjusting the front camber , and the steering wheel was as straight a a dye afterwards .
