    I'm looking to submit my website to local.ie. I have been unable to find the link so who owns local.ie??

    According to the domain ownership information, it belongs to Browse The World Ltd.

    They seem to have very limited contact info out there, but another site of theirs (browseireland.com) with this page http://www.browseireland.com/contact_us.php

    You could try getting in touch with them there and see if they can help
