    In work?
I have a stock of food in the cupboard - oatcakes, ryvita, peanut butter, tinned tuna/mackeral, and a tub of porridge oats with seeds.
In the fridge I have natural yoghurt, and cottage cheese.
Then I bring in fruit with me everyday...sometimes some home made soup in a flask, or leftovers from the night before

I usually have a small portion of what I've had for dinner the night before. Or if I've had rice or pasta for dinner I'll cook a bit extra and make a salad with it and whateber's in my veg drawer. If I've not cooked or don't have any leftovers I usually try and roast some vegetables to take with me.

In the cupboard at work I leave some porridge which I have for my breakfast every day and I have some nuts and dried fruit at work too to stop me wanting to snack. I sometimes bring chopped up carrot sticks. I always bring some fruit with me too.

If I've not brought anything I get some sushi as there is a place at the bottom of my building. It's a nice treat!

I usually make a big batch of soup for on Sunday that will get me through to thurs anywhoo. It's great - filling and warm and a great way of getting lots of veg into me daily!
