    Should i buy the upgrade in Ms word, excel etc..... ! What about internet security? Is there anythng else im missing. Laptop is only for basic home use.

    Dont bother buying any internet security, there are loads of freeware ones available that are just as good. AVG for example.

    Same with MS office, you can just get Open Office for free download and it's almost identical to MS office.

    How much is the laptop quoted?
