im just wondering if its worth my while gettin my car remapped or chipped, its a petrol and when ive looked into it remapping seams more popular in diesels, which in diesels you can get up to 30% more bhp torque and mpg, but i heard some where that in a petrol the increase is so small its not worth spending the money, just wondering if any1 knows more about this.

    i drive a pug 307 1.6 110bhp incase ya need to know

    thanks

Diesels are turbocharged, this gives more scope for gains. you won't be economically able do anything to improve the factory setup
