Problem adding 3rd cable on LNB

hi, Have added a 3 rd cable to my quad lnb but its saying no signal being recieved i have double checked the connections and they are fine is it possible sky can block the other connections on the quad lnb or is it something else im missing?? Thanks

Try connection to the output you know is working on the lnb, if it still is not working you have a cable/connection problem

Nope, Sky can't block outputs from the quad, so as above check everything, swap in working bits for unknown bits and see which part is failing . . . the LNB output or the cable . . . or the STB itself.
