    Folks,

I am having a terrible time trying to remove the screws from my worn out cleats. They are so tightly screwed that I am making a right mess trying to force the screws out. :mad:Any advice would be appreciated

    an impact srewdriver

basically, you put the screw end against your screw(obviously) hold it tight to the screw, then give the other end of the driver a whack of a hammer, the screw driver heads digs and, and turns to loosen the screw in the process, that will definetly work, no doubt about it

    MTB or road cleat?
If MTB, just drill the head off the bolt (9/10mm drill bit)
You can then extract the remaining bolt body with a pliers, or change out the threaded plate (recommended if the bolt is seized into it)
Job is oxo'ed in about 3 mins...
