I have Sky multiroom in the house and on the non + when i go into other channels most of them are gone i tried mucking around with frequencies posted on the web but i can't seem to get them back any ideas?

Press services

Press no4 to add channels

Type in freq and hit yellow to search for channels.

List of available channels will appear highlight the ones you want and hit the yellow button and a little tick mark will appear besides it...then when finished press select to store them.

Then when finished select them from the other channels menu.
