Skyplus Help? Programming stops recording too early

    Recently got skyplus & finding it very annoying when I try & record boxing & UFC events early in the morning using skyplus .It tends to stop recording just right before the end of an event with only a few minutes left of programming:mad: If this keeps happening will need to get back out the vcr. Does anyone know how to stop this?

    AFAIK (have just got Sky +) you can add time to recording - press services, then select Sky+ setup, then highlight Add to End of recording and use arrows to choose how many minutes you want to add. Then select save new settings when you're done.

    I set the added time on our sky+ when we got it first. Never had any probs until I series linked 'The Wire' (BBC2), when it started recording too early and finished before the program ended! Grrrrr!! So I tried it with the 'time added' turned off and it solved the issue. The start/stop recording signal AFAIK is sent by the broadcaster.

    this happens to me too but only on 1 channel TV3 weird !
