Anyone know how I can listen to FM104 on a Mac? Their streams aren't OS X or iTunes friendly. I've tried a few radio widgets without much luck too.

I just got it working with vlc. was just about to give up but then it blasted out of my speakers....

    download vlc www.videolan.org

then file open network and enter http://media.vistatec.ie/fm104/asx/fm104.asx

it still doesn't connect but then click on the grey triangle next to fm104 then highlight the lower fm104 and click play or double click.

Radioshark is great but thats not a web stream. Its an FM receiver but I would recommend getting one for Mac or PC as it can be used like Sky+ for rewinding live stations and recording. I recently got a great bargain and bought one on eBay for €9 incl P+P as no reserve and no bids but you can buy new for around €50.

VLC is the best media player for Mac/PC. To make it even better get the VLC Lite remote (FREE) or the even better VLC Remote for iPhone / iPod Touch. It turns your computer into a media centre and you can browse all files directly from remote with full controls.
