hi there,

I have a short query regarding the JB process. I signed on in the start of the year for JB and had an interview before i got my payments. However i got a job for the summer which ended at the end of july. I went in to apply for a fresh JB and i filled out everything again, however i havent heard from the office since and im wondering do i have to do another interview for JB or not. My circumstances havent changed since my last claim but i would just like to know what i should be waiting for. Also how long do you think i should wait before enquiring about my claim because i have been waiting 7 weeks and im not sure if that is an average waiting time or not. Finally my SW office is in bishops square in dublin and is anybody else waiting for JB from that office. Any replies would be appreciated .
