Hi, I am new to lifting weights and dug out a set from the attic which my brother had. They are just one set of steal hand weights and they have 2 5LB discs and 2 2.5LB discs also. I am wondering about the various exercises I can do with these to work the arms and chest so can anybody please point me towards a link perhaps?
    Many thanks

The best exercises are things like deadlifts, squats, bench press, military press, dips, pull-ups, lunges, bent over rows, step-ups, woodchopper. You can do those with body weight only or with dumbbells or barbells.

I'm sorry but I don't know what the difference is between the different types of weights. Are the weights I described barbells?
