    hi all,
I have a NAS connected to my PS3 and I stream the music from it through the PS3. The problem is that I cannot browse the music folders and play back a song at the same time. If I move away from the current song that is playing, the music stops. is it possible to browse the music folders while playing something back?

    Thanks for your help.

You need to press the 'PS' button (the one you use to turn on the controller) to bring up the XMB interface. You can then choose a different track and browse folders.

OP, You also need to set your "music" settings to 48khz.

I had mine set to 44.1 (cd audio) and the xmb wouldn't let me navigate as I played songs since the 3.0 firmware update.

Setting it to 48 (DVD audio) fixes this.
